Welcome to my website. I hope you enjoy the photographs.
I am so absolutely intrigued with, and amazed by, our world. There is plenty of surprise and beauty, and I especially love it when it comes from the least expected places, those ordinary places and moments we experience on a daily basis. I feel very fortunate to be able to experience, interpret, visualize, and communicate about what I find.
In wanting to stay true to the moments in which these images were and are being created, and to be able to have a conversation with you and others about our shared world, I am committed to minimally post-processing my images. For the most part, I do what could be done in a traditional darkroom—adjusting light, contrast, and tone, as well as dodging, burning, and cropping. I do use a few modern digital darkroom tools. All special effects are created in camera, rather than through the digital darkroom process.
It has been a record cold, and mostly dry, winter here in Albuquerque. I am really looking forward to the spring and the many new images to come.
All the best,
